1. Question: Why should I have an account here?
   Answer: Once you are registered, you can easily track your running history for all your events, your lap times etc. Furthermore you can request a Token card (see below) which will save you time just before the run (see below).
2. Question: What is a Token card?
   Answer: A Token card is a little plastic card which you can request once you have an account. It is free of charge and has unlimited validity for all events in Eichwalde and Triathlontreffen e.V. The Token card has a unique TokenID and your name on it.
3. Question: What is the Token card good for?
   Answer: When you bring the Token card to an event you save time filling out some piece of paper. Instead you just provide the card for the registration. If you additionally happened to enroll for that event online in advance it becomes even easier. All you need to do is pay the fee and you´re good to start running.
4. Question: I have received my Token card. Why can I not log-in using my TokenID?
   Answer: Most likely our database is not up to date. Please write us an e-mail, so we can fix the problem.
5. Question: My friend received a Token card, but I cannot register him/her for runs!
   Answer: Please make sure you got the correct TokenID! If that is indeed the case, please write us an e-mail with the name and TokenID of your friend.
